Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
AsciaBeauty is not responsible for the costs of return postage and custom fees when a item is returned back to us, should we encounter custom fees the item may be refused and returned back to the sender or the fees will be deducted from the initial refund. We will advice of the correct method of return when contacted to avoid this from occurring.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
